Induction sealing machines increases the shelf life of the product by providing the air tight and water proof sealing on the periphery of the bottle/jars.
On the processing line Bottles/Jar are first filled with the product and then the plastic cap containing an aluminum foil liner (WAD) is put on the jar which is then passed though the electromagnetic chamber via a conveyorized system.
DGYF-S500B electromagnetic induction capper is major suitable for capping operation of high threaded cap(e.g. mineral water bottle cap with suction nozzle) that is made of non-metal materials such as plastic, glass, but it is not suitable for metal & non-threaded bottleneck, or bottleneck whose caliber is ranging φ15-35. Especially, it is suitable for the customers who carry out non-continuous capping operation for small output and lot.
