By accessing or making purchases on this platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal corporate authority to execute commercial transactions on behalf of your business entity.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current contact, delivery, and billing information during checkout. You may not use this website for any fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful purpose under Sri Lankan law.
We take meticulous care to ensure all machinery specifications (voltage, sealing power, conveyor capacity, dimensions, and operational throughput) are described accurately. Equipment is calibrated for standard Sri Lankan power specifications (AC 220V/50Hz).
All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise. Max Enterprises reserves the right to modify prices, update specifications, or adjust promotions at any time without prior notice.
Submitting an order via our online checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is deemed accepted once payment has been authorized and an official order confirmation is dispatched via email or SMS.
We accept payments through PayHere (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, LankaQR, and approved mobile wallets) as well as direct corporate bank deposits. Payments are secured by PCI-DSS Level 1 encryption protocols. We do not store sensitive payment card information on our servers.
Max Enterprises reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, typographical errors in catalog pricing, or suspected unauthorized payment activity. If an order is cancelled following payment clearance, a full refund will be processed promptly.
Standard orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days following payment verification. Heavy industrial machinery requiring custom crating or voltage testing may require additional preparation time.
Estimated delivery is 1–2 working days for Colombo and suburbs, and 2–5 working days for outstation provinces across Sri Lanka. Delivery times are subject to external courier schedules, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.
The customer is responsible for inspecting external shipping crates and packaging upon handover. Any external damage incurred during delivery transit must be noted on the courier handover receipt and reported to Max Enterprises within 48 hours.
All product returns, customer refunds, and exchanges are governed strictly by our official Refund Policy. Customers must submit return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided products remain in original unused condition.
Commercial packaging machinery is backed by our technical manufacturer warranty covering verified manufacturing defects. Our technical service center located at No. 175, Maha Vidyalaya Mawatha, Colombo 13 provides full spare parts and maintenance support.
All content on this website—including product images, technical schematics, brand logos, demonstration videos, and text—is the intellectual property of Max Enterprises or its authorized manufacturers and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Max Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use machinery, improper operator handling, or electrical voltage fluctuations at the customer's commercial premises.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising out of or related to online transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
